I respect the jury’s decision, as well as the Judge’s.  This has been a long, drawn-out trial filled with lots of emotion, and I trust that the jury weighed all of the evidence carefully.  Brian’s ultimate fate is in the hands of God.  I pray that he will spend his time on earth seeking God’s mercy, forgiveness and redemption.  God promises this to anyone you requests it.  My heart goes out to the victims’ families who have suffered so much.  The road to grieving can sometimes be a long road but I know from experience that with the help of the Lord, life can become happy and full of joy once more.  My heart also goes out to the Nichols family and what they have endured as well.  My thought and prayers are with everyone involved.  God Bless.”

I just finished reading your book after the verdict came out last weekend. I live in Atlanta, and ironically, once lived in the Bridgewater Apartment Complex (long before 2005). But I just wanted to let you know that I’m very happy for you and the way your life has been spared and blessed. May God continue to bless you and your family.
